Support Analyst - Tucson, AZ
Mina began work as a support analyst for Astra in February 2016. Before that, she worked for IFS for 12 years as both a customer support analyst and as a distribution business analyst for consulting. She worked on many ERP systems and IFS implementations across the country including new product implementations and upgrades.
Mina earned her MBA from the University of Arizona in 1994 concentrating in operations management. She has worked for three different manufacturing companies. The first was Fairchild Semiconductor in the 1980s where she produced FAST databooks. Next, she worked as a systems administrator for a small Tucson manufacturer of capacitors and inductors. She has also been the inventory manager for a manufacturer of keyboards and hard drives.
Mina’s education was in the sciences. After college, she taught high school chemistry, physical science, and biology. Later she worked for six years in the Biochemistry Department of the University of Arizona Medical School managing a cell culture lab. Other business experience includes helping her husband manage a dental practice and her daughter run an art supply store in Savannah, GA.
